  file-based) to the data center or cloud in near-real-time via an
  encrypted cellular data connection
- The encoder delivers a live elementary stream (not
  file-based) to local users via secure Wi-Fi or Ethernet in
  near-real-time
- The encoder archives an AES 256 bit encrypted, high quality
  (full resolution metadata) transport stream, in MISP format to a
  removable SD Card for later publishing to VISA.
